This list is updated monthly following the Commission's regular meeting.

ALL ACTIVE licensees, except those originally licensed in Kentucky prior to June 19, 1976, are required to complete six hours of continuing education each calendar year. At least three hours must be in law.

The following providers are approved to offer continuing education classes for real estate licensees. These providers may offer additional courses that are not approved by the Commission. Please be sure to verify with the provider that the course you plan to take is approved by the Kentucky Real Estate Commission.
